A heavy-duty screen enclosure over an existing slab at a waterfront property, designed to withstand the wind exposure common near the lake. Included a screened porch with ceiling fans, a service door to the yard, and screen material rated for pet resistance.
A practical vinyl liner pool package for a Mooringsport family — a rectangular pool with a deep-end diving area, concrete deck, and safety cover. The project included a small adjacent patio with a pergola for shade, providing a complete backyard transformation at an accessible price point.
