Day 1: Dig and set forms. Day 2: Pool crete floor, concrete footer ring, initial plumbing. Day 3: Liner install, start filling, backfill, finish pad, set up equipment. Day 4: Finish backfill and equipment, grade and set forms for deck. Day 5: Pour deck, finalize grade.
All done in Week 1 unless weather or holiday delays.

Day 1: Dig and set forms. Day 2: Pool crete floor, footer ring, plumbing. Day 3: Liner, fill, backfill, equipment. Day 4: Finish backfill, deck forms. Day 5: Pour deck, finalize grade. 1 week, weather permitting.
