Eze-Breeze 3-Season
An Eze-Breeze 3-season room is the best of both worlds — open-air patio when the weather's nice, enclosed room when it's not. The system uses sliding vinyl panels (vertical 4-track or horizontal slider) that raise and lower individually. Open them all for full breeze, close them all for weather protection, or anywhere in between.
The panels use 10-mil memory vinyl — a flexible, durable material that's 99% UV-blocking and won't shatter like glass. If a panel gets scratched or damaged, the vinyl 'remembers' its shape and can be repaired. If it needs replacement, individual panels swap out without replacing the entire unit.
Blue Tide Exteriors is a certified Eze-Breeze installer. We build the aluminum frame, install the track system, and fit the panels to your space. The result is a versatile room you'll use 9 months out of the year — bug-free, rain-proof, and comfortable in temperatures from 40 to 95 degrees.
