Footing excavation and inspection → post installation → beam and rafter framework → material installation (cedar, aluminum, or louvered system) → finish and lighting. Typically 1–3 weeks.

We walk you through care and maintenance for your specific material — cedar sealing, aluminum cleaning, or louvered system operation. Lifetime workmanship warranty on the structure.
