BLUE TIDE EXTERIORS · SHREVEPORT–BOSSIER
Blue Tide designs low-voltage landscape lighting for homes across Shreveport–Bossier and the surrounding area, including pool and outdoor-living yards. Our line is Kichler, supplied locally through Keeling Company in Shreveport. The default fixture finish is Centennial Brass, and the default light is warm white at about 2700K so brick, stone and bronze hardware read warmly at night. We use 3000K only if you ask for it.
A complete design is made in layers, not a row of path lights. Accent lighting gives shape to the house and trees. Safety lighting clarifies steps and path edges. Ambient light adds a soft glow through beds and a canopy. Task light belongs at a grill, seating area or under a cap. A credible front-of-house plan often needs 15 to 30 fixtures before adding trees; a sparse five-spotlight package is not this offer.
We walk your yard and design on site the same day, showing you where fixtures go and why. After dark, we aim each light and set its output. A guide range is not a quote: wire runs, power for the transformer, sidewalks, access, architecture and tree coverage can change the real number. Large facades plus trees, a drive and the whole property move a design up the tiers. A fully lit one-story property can reach roughly 80 to 100 fixtures.

Why Blue Tide

Accent the architecture and trees, make paths and steps safe, build ambient glow and add task light where people cook or sit.
Kichler Centennial Brass is the standard finish, with brass and stainless fixtures in the plan rather than plastic path lights.
About 2700K complements brick, stone and bronze. We use 3000K only when the homeowner requests it.
A narrow 15° beam reaches a column, peak or slender tree; 35° serves most walls and trees; a wide 60° beam washes a facade or planting bed.
A transformer is sized to the load, with independent front, tree and back zones when the yard needs them. We design aiming and output, not a second brand or a package of controls.
Once the fixtures are installed, we return in the dark to aim and set output so the result lights your property without spilling into the street or a neighbor's windows.

Fixture count, transformer location, wire routing and site access are agreed during the yard walk. Blue Tide's lifetime workmanship covers our installation; fixture terms are provided in the applicable written manufacturer documents.
