Design Consultation
It starts with a conversation. Not a sales pitch — a conversation. We hop on Google Meet for 25 minutess, you share your photos, and we listen. What do you envision? How do you use your outdoor space now? How do you want to use it in five years? We talk about budget honestly — no vague "it depends" answers. By the end, you'll know what your backyard could become and what the investment looks like. The 3D render and the plan are yours to keep, whether we build together or not.

3D Design & Phased Plan
Within one week of your consultation, we create a full 3D rendering of your backyard — not a sketch, not a flat 2D drawing, but a photorealistic 3D model you can rotate and explore. You'll see exactly where the pool sits, how the patio flows into the outdoor kitchen, where the pergola provides shade in the afternoon, and how the fire features look at twilight. Alongside the 3D rendering, we deliver a phased design plan PDF that breaks the project into logical phases. Many clients build in phases — pool first, then kitchen and pergola the following year — and the plan shows exactly how each phase connects.

Construction
Once you approve the design and sign the contract, construction begins. For pool projects, this means excavation, steel installation, shotcrete or panel setup, plumbing, electrical, tile, interior finish, and decking. For patios, kitchens, and pergolas, our carpenters, masons, and stoneworkers handle every element. Because we hold six Louisiana state licenses — including residential and commercial pool licenses, general contractor, and home builder — there's no juggling multiple contractors. One team, one schedule, one warranty. You get weekly progress updates and a dedicated project manager who answers your calls directly.

Walkthrough & Warranty
When construction is complete, we do a final walkthrough where we show you how to operate every feature — pool equipment, lighting, outdoor kitchen appliances, retractable screens, fire features. We provide all manuals, warranty registrations, and maintenance schedules. Then we hand you the keys to your new backyard. Every project is backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty on labor, plus manufacturer warranties on all equipment and materials. If something isn't right, we come back. Period.
