"Base pool" means the pool shell, basic plumbing, and standard equipment. It does not include decking, fencing, landscaping, or any outdoor living features. The Family Resort — $100K–$160K

The Luxury Estate — $180K–$350K+

Financing Options
We partner with multiple financing companies to offer options for every credit profile:
- 0% APR for 12-18 months: Available for qualified buyers. Great for smaller projects or if you plan to pay it off quickly. Minimum monthly payments apply.
- Long-term financing (5-15 years): Rates from 7.99% to 13.99% depending on credit. Payments as low as $400-$600/month for a $50K project. This is how most of our clients finance.
- HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit): Often the lowest rates (prime + 0-1%). We can connect you with local lenders who understand pool financing. Interest may be tax-deductible — consult your CPA.
- Conventional construction loan: For large projects ($150K+), a construction-to-perm loan rolls the pool and outdoor living into your mortgage.

Phasing: Build Over Time
Not ready for the full project? Phasing is smart — not a compromise. Many of our best backyards were built over 2-3 years. A typical phased plan:
- Phase 1 (Year 1): Pool + basic patio + fencing. $50K-$130K.
- Phase 2 (Year 2): Outdoor kitchen + pergola or pavilion. $15K-$50K.
- Phase 3 (Year 3): Fire features, water features, landscaping, screen enclosure. $10K-$40K.
The key to successful phasing is the 3D design plan. We design the entire backyard in Phase 1 — even if you're only building the pool — so that every future addition fits seamlessly. The plumbing, electrical, and structural footings for future features can be pre-installed during Phase 1 to save money and avoid tearing up the patio later.
